In particular because of people’s daily interaction, labour laws quite often harbour fuel for conflicts, which in many cases is accompanied by legal pitfalls. Together with our clients, we develop solutions in order to avoid these as far as possible. We assist our clients in every phase and in all questions in respect of individual and collective labour laws: in drawing up employment contracts, in giving advice concerning existing employment relationships, in conceiving and implementing working time and remuneration models, in restructuring measures, in negotiations with works council or employee representatives and of course also in the termination of employment.
In particular with regard to labour law and even with the best advance protection, disputes are never completely avoidable. That is why when a dispute arises, we also represent our clients as a matter of course in all labour court proceedings, for example in case of proceedings concerning protection against unlawful dismissal before the labour court, as well as in conciliation procedures and in dealings with authorities.
