For years, we have been successfully supported and advised companies as well as suppliers and communities in all issues relating to public commercial law, be it in respect of questions regarding real estate project development, of extending and developing the infrastructure or of planning and building wind energy plants and solar parks. Apart from that, we have years of experience with regard to land development by development plans, by inspecting and assisting construction permits, providing assistance in plan approval procedures and other official approval procedures as well as in providing advice and representation in cases of usage prohibition and demolition orders. Finally, we also advice our clients in matters relating to procurement law.

Here too, by advising and supporting our clients, we always pursue the target of solving specific problems and to ensure that their objectives are fully realised - if possible, without any lengthy legal dispute.
