Traffic law
As the number of registrations continues to rise, so does the number of traffic accidents. It is often difficult for those involved in an accident to enforce their claims afterwards, because the opposing liability insurance company reduces the damages, pays too little or no compensation for pain and suffering, or objects to contributory negligence. HOECK SCHLÜTER VAAGT advises its clients on the possibilities of asserting claims for damages and compensation for pain and suffering as well as on defending claims after traffic accidents.
We represent our clients in out-of-court and - if necessary - in court disputes with the other party involved in the accident. Furthermore, we defend our clients in administrative offence proceedings as well as in criminal traffic law, for example in the case of a penalty notice for exceeding the speed limit or in preliminary proceedings for hit-and-run, negligent bodily injury or drunk driving.
