Building Law/Architects Law
The building and architects law comprises the various legal relationships between all participating parties around the construction project, from simple technical services, via more extensive renovations and rehabilitations, the construction of single-family houses and business realties up to the realisation of property developer and larger projects. HOECK SCHLÜTER VAAGT advises its clients at the contract drafting phase, provides legal building support and assists in asserting and averting claims both out of court and during the construction process.
For our clients, we draw up all contracts between all parties involved in the construction project, be it building owners, planners, project developers and executing companies. In doing so, we never lose sight of the specific construction project and its special issues. In addition, we advise and support our clients in every phase of the construction or real estate project, from the initial idea via planning up to survey/acceptance.
In case a dispute arises, we of course advise and represent our clients also in respect of asserting and averting claims both out of court and during the construction process in arbitration or court proceedings.
