One of HOECK SCHLÜTER VAAGT’s core competencies is dealing with all legal issues in relation to real estate. In this area too, we are able to draw on decades of experience.

This includes of course providing our clients with legal advice and support in all areas of tenancy law and residential property. We draw up rental agreements of any kind, be it in respect of renting commercial premises or private accommodation, but also with regard to all other tenant law constellations outside real estate. For example, HOECK SCHLÜTER VAAGT also has comprehensive expert knowledge in the sector of renewable energies and the drawing up of lease and license agreements based on years of experience in  contract design and project support.

Apart from structuring contracts, we of course assist our clients in solving problems relating to an ongoing lease or tenure as well as their processing.

As here too the fact applies that a dispute is never too far away, we of course also represent our clients in dispute proceedings both out of court and in court.
